Upon completion or submission of the online application, these terms are deemed accepted between the parties. kredit.ch is a product of budgetgroup.ch GmbH (hereinafter: kredit.ch).

Service provided by kredit.ch

The service of kredit.ch consists of receiving the loan application (online, email, fax, telephone, or in person), reviewing the customer's needs, providing a non-binding assessment of creditworthiness, offering free advice and support throughout the loan application process, and handling the loan processing. This service is free of charge.

The customer advisors at kredit.ch are available to answer applicants' questions at any time.

Information regarding correspondence and liability

By providing my email address and/or mobile phone number, I authorize kredit.ch to send me product offers and messages via unencrypted electronic mail (email) over the public internet and to contact me with questions regarding the loan application and agreement by email, telephone, or SMS, or to leave a message on my answering machine. I can revoke this authorization at any time by sending written notification to kredit.ch and/or the bank.

This application will be sent encrypted. Further correspondence related to the application, especially via email and SMS, may be unencrypted. I am aware of the following risks associated with using electronic communication:

  • data transmission via the internet is only encrypted if a secure HTTPS connection is established. In many cases (including transmission via email), however, communication via the internet is unencrypted and open. SMS transmission is only partially encrypted.
  • the internet is a worldwide, open network accessible to everyone. The transmission path of emails cannot be controlled and may even involve routes abroad. Therefore, the confidentiality of data transmitted via email cannot be guaranteed.
  • emails and their attachments, as well as SMS messages, can be forged or altered by third parties without their knowledge; sender and recipient can be changed, thus feigning authenticity;
  • Emails and SMS messages may be deleted, misdirected, or corrupted during transmission due to technical errors/malfunctions;
  • accessing websites, including clicking on links embedded in emails/SMS and opening data attachments, can potentially allow harmful computer programs such as viruses, worms, Trojans to infect the customer's computer, smartphone or similar devices.

Kredit.ch is liable for damages arising from or in connection with electronic communication and data exchange via electronic means only in cases of intent and gross negligence. In connection with open communication via email, I expressly accept the risk that my data may be intercepted or published by third parties during transmission and that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in this respect. Kredit.ch, in turn, cannot guarantee that emails bearing the sender's name were actually sent by Kredit.ch; or that emails sent by or addressed to Kredit.ch arrive unaltered, on time, and at the correct recipient.

kredit.ch reserves the right to reject the present application without giving reasons and not to make an offer.

Intellectual property rights

All content on the kredit.ch website is protected by copyright; all rights thereto are reserved by kredit.ch. The elements contained on the website may only be used freely for browsing purposes. If the user downloads or otherwise reproduces software or other data from the website, all proprietary rights remain with kredit.ch.
