The following terms and conditions govern the loan processing between budgetgroup.ch GmbH (located in 8400 Winterthur) and the applicant. Upon completion or submission of the online application, these terms and conditions are deemed accepted by both parties. kredit.ch is a product of budgetgroup.ch GmbH (hereinafter: kredit.ch).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The service provided by kredit.ch consists of receiving loan applications (online, email, fax, telephone, or in person), reviewing customer needs, providing a non-binding assessment of creditworthiness, and offering free advice and support throughout the loan application process and its processing. This service is free of charge. kredit.ch customer advisors are available to answer applicants' questions at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I acknowledge that budgetgroup.ch GmbH (hereinafter: the intermediary) will forward my application for review to Bank Now AG, Cembra Money Bank AG, Corn\u00e8r Banca SA, bob Finance (a branch of Valora Schweiz AG), good finance AG, easycredit AG, and other financing companies (each individually hereinafter referred to as the \"financing institution\") via the internet, email, or fax\/post. Furthermore, I acknowledge and confirm the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Application review and credit information: I confirm that all information I have provided in this application is complete, up-to-date, and accurate. I authorize the financial institution to obtain information about me from third parties, in particular banks, the Central Credit Information Office (ZEK), public authorities (e.g., debt enforcement, land registry, and tax offices, residents' registration offices, child and adult protection authorities), credit reporting agencies, credit brokers, employers, subsidiaries of the financial institution, and, if applicable, the Consumer Credit Information Office (IKO), in connection with the review of this application and the processing of the contractual relationship. For the aforementioned purposes, I release these entities from their obligations of banking secrecy, postal secrecy, official secrecy, and business confidentiality. I acknowledge that the financial institution may be obligated to report any consumer lease\/consumer loan to be granted or already granted to the Consumer Credit Information Office (IKO). I further authorize the financial institution to notify ZEK of the requested transaction and, where legally required, to report it to other bodies as well. Specifically, the type, amount, and terms of the loan or financing, the applicant's personal details, and any qualified payment arrears or misuse will be reported. I acknowledge ZEK's right to provide its members with information about the reported data. The financial institution may reject the application without giving reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cooperation with intermediaries: I acknowledge that the financial institution may exchange the necessary information with an intermediary regarding applications received from an intermediary, relating to application\/creditworthiness checks, contract conclusion and processing (e.g., parameters and results of the application check, delivery of contract documents, information on contract status and payment behavior, and balance), and I hereby release the financial institution from banking secrecy to this extent and where necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Information about partners: If I have provided information about my spouse or registered partner (\u201cpartner\u201d) in the application, I confirm that (i) I have informed my partner about this application, (ii) the financing institution may verify the above information by contacting my partner directly, and (iii) my partner agrees that the financing institution may obtain information about him\/her as described above (including making informational inquiries with the ZEK).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Data processing: I acknowledge that the financial institution may process my data for the purpose of reviewing my application, as well as for risk assessment and marketing purposes (data analysis and profiling). Furthermore, I may be offered other products and services, including those from affiliated companies of the financial institution and other third parties, by mail or telephone. I can object to this data processing for marketing purposes at any time. By providing my email address, I also agree that the financial institution may send me the aforementioned offers by email. In connection with open communication via email, I expressly accept the risk that my data may be intercepted or published by third parties during transmission, or that unauthorized third parties may infer a contractual relationship between the financial institution and me, and that, in this respect, confidentiality and banking secrecy are not guaranteed. I can revoke my consent to receive advertising electronically at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cooperation with service providers (outsourcing): I acknowledge that the financial institution may outsource services, particularly in the areas of business process management, IT security and system administration, market research and analysis, the calculation of business-relevant credit and market risks, and the administration of contractual relationships (e.g., application and contract processing, debt collection, customer communication), to third parties (\"service providers\"). The financial institution provides these service providers with the data necessary to fulfill their contractual obligations and may also transfer this data abroad for this purpose. Service providers, their employees, and subcontractors are contractually bound to confidentiality by the financial institution. The service providers are generally located in Switzerland or the EU\/EEA, but may, in principle, be located anywhere in the world. If personal data is transferred to a country that, from Switzerland's perspective, does not have an adequate level of data protection, the financial institution ensures adequate data protection through appropriate safeguards, such as the agreement of standard contractual clauses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I acknowledge that communication between the financial institution and myself or the intermediary may take place via electronic channels. Neither the intermediary nor the financial institution can guarantee the confidentiality of data transmitted over the internet. Therefore, it is possible for third parties to infer an existing or impending business relationship (possibly a banking relationship) between myself and the financial institution.
